The firm combines the talents and interests of Larry J. Doherty & Brett Wagner, who collectively represent over 60 years of experience in representing plaintiffs in litigation. Larry and Brett over the last 20 years or so have focused their practice in the legal malpractice and professional negligence arena.

Larry and Brett over the last 20 years or so have been in the legal malpractice and professional negligence arena. The firm's practice in recent years has largely been devoted to professional negligence cases and to a lesser extinct other civil litigation.

Both partners are Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law and have attained the highest rating for legal ability, ethics, and professionalism, by the prestigious AV Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Legal malpractice claims are just one of the many different types of cases that fall within the definition of “personal injury trial law” for board certification purposes. The firm prides itself on being dedicated to the representation only of plaintiffs within its areas of practice.

Over the past 30 years or so, Larry Doherty and Brett Wagner have concentrated their practice on plaintiffs’ legal malpractice.
